Tonight's (November 24) episode of The One Show was taken by storm by a dynamic trio, leaving hosts Alex Jones and Ronan Keating lost for words.

The talk show welcomed Mel B, Ruby Wax and Emily Atack, who discussed their upcoming BBC programme Trailblazers: A Rocky Mountain Road Trip. The three-part docuseries will see them retrace the footsteps of intrepid Victorian explorer Isabella Bird through the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

During the segment, the three women playfully bickered and raucously talked over each other, with the hosts unable to follow and ask their questions.

Hilarity ensued when a clip for the new travel series was played and Mel B revealed Atack had been mostly cut out of it.

"Emily does speak a lot, they just cut her out of the trailer," the singer said, pointing the finger at Wax for being behind the decision.

"I took her out cause I did some of the editing," the Girls on Top actress admitted, adding: "She's got enough followers, right? She doesn't need more."

The chaotic interview continued, with Keating occasionally looking at the camera in puzzlement.

"I adored them to bits but they're mental, but they don't stop and I ended up being the normal one," Mel B revealed about their trip, adding that they bonded over the at-times uncomfortable conditions of the location.

"We bonded!" the Spice Girls member added, with Atack jokingly saying she loved "to wind them up".

Viewers were left in stitches, taking to Twitter to share their reactions.

"Alex Jones isn't often lost for words but Mel B, Ruby Wax and Emily Atack have completed rinsed #TheOneShow tonight," one person said, with another writing: "At least they have personalities."

The One Show airs on BBC One. Trailblazers: A Rocky Mountain Road Trip will premiere on November 28 at 9pm on BBC Two.
