Taskmaster creator Alex Horne has called out his dream contestant Jack Dee once again.
Taking to yesterday's (October 13) National Television Awards red carpet, Horne exclusively told Digital Spy how he's keen to land the comedian for a future series of his bizarre game show, which is now in its 14th run.
"I say this every time anyone asks me this question, I think it's the only way to persuade him to do it. So Jack, if you're listening, please do the show."

Horne went on to point out: "Apart from that, I went to Edinburgh [Fringe Festival] this year, for the first time for ages with my kids. And there's so many amazing new comics.
"So obviously, nowadays we've got a responsibility to put fresh good people on telly. The big names are great, but I do think the ones that are coming up are just as welcome."
Appearing on Channel 4 every Thursday evening, the current crop of Taskmaster competitors are Dara Ó Briain, John Kearns, Fern Brady, Munya Chawawa and Sarah Millican.
If he doesn't fancy embarrassing himself in the name of awkward tasks, maybe Dee could cameo in Horne's upcoming scripted comedy The Horne Section TV Show.

"Alex is an extraordinarily talented comic; unique, charming and unpredictable, The Horne Section TV Show is set to mirror all these qualities, with a unique blend of talk show and sitcom, music and mayhem and we can't wait to share it with the Channel 4 viewers," commented the broadcaster's head of comedy Fiona McDermott when the series was announced.
Teasing this new show at the NTAs, Horne added: "It's really exciting because it's me and my old friend from primary school. We met when we were one years old, and now I'm 44, so it's been a long time in the making this show. It's really fun to make a show with your mates. There's not enough music on telly so we're trying to do that again."
Taskmaster airs on Thursdays at 9pm on Channel 4, while The Horne Section TV Show will air later this year.
