The Voice UK premiered its 2022 series on ITV tonight (September 3).

Gathering judges Sir Tom Jones, Anne-Marie, will.i.am and Olly Murs (wearing a Matrix-esque Hawaiian shirt) in their spinning red thrones for another contest, along with presenter Emma Willis, the Blind Auditions got off to a flyer, yet one decision didn't go down too well with fans.

Armed with Jocelyn Brown's disco-filler 'Somebody Else's Guy', auditionee Charlotte Riby got the studio crowd moving, but none of the all-important four were taken enough to press their buttons and send her through to the next round.
