Former Love Island star Marcel Somerville has married his fiancée Rebecca Vieira in Portugal.

Marcel shared the news on Instagram revealing that the happy couple had tied the knot yesterday (August 20).

The reality TV star and former Blazin' Squad rapper shared a selfie via his Instagram Stories where he and his new bride can be seen in wedding attire sipping champagne in the back of their wedding car.

In the selfie, Marcel can be seen wearing a white blazer with black bow tie while his new wife is wearing a sleeveless white wedding gown complete with tiara and veil.

Vieira has since reposted a series of stories to her own Instagram that depict the couple leaving the picturesque Portuguese church after their nuptials.

In the posts the pair can be seen enjoying their first dance, posing with pyrotechnics, sharing a first kiss during the ceremony and snapping photos with wedding guests.

At one point during the evening it appears that Marcel took up the microphone to perform for his guests.

Many of the couple's friends took to Instagram to wish them well, with details of the wedding being shared by attendees and reposted by the bride including the choice of bridesmaid dresses which were a hot pink.

Marcel's fellow Love Island contestant, Jonny Mitchell, also took to his Instagram to share a series of videos of the ceremony and described the event as a "beast of a day".

Somerville and Vieira welcomed their baby boy, Roman, last year having gotten engaged the previous year during their baby's sex reveal party, with the ex rapper getting down on one knee just after the couple discovered that they were expecting a boy.
