Married at First Sight intimacy expert Charlene Douglas has promised that the show's reunion special is going to be "bigger and better".
The series' 2021 contestants are set to reunite for Married at First Sight: One Year On, airing later this year.
Douglas said (via Daily Star): "It's going to be bigger this year.
"We are still in the process of filming the last few scenes and it's going to be amazing. We have more diversity, a lesbian and a gay couple, so it's going to be huge – bigger and better."

"I met with Alexis (Economou) a few weeks ago for lunch, which was really nice. Tayah and Adam, we caught up at the Baftas. I don't think they will ask me to be a godmother but it would be nice if they did," she said.
"You've done this journey together so you always have this special bond. Because I was so close to the last group this time round it was like, 'Where is everyone?'
"Then you start to build that relationship with this new group," she added.

The reunion special is set to bring back some of the beloved 2021 alumni as they all get together to discuss the impact the show has had on their lives, as well as where they are now. It'll be a very interesting event seeing as not every couple ended up having their happily-ever-after.
The cast members include Amy, Morag, Nikita, Megan, Bob along with couples Tayah and Adam and Matt and Daniel.
Commissioning editor Mel Bezalel explained the reason why the reunion show is taking place, saying: "Last year, record numbers watched 16 strangers get married on E4 and All 4, and witnessed the ensuing drama, romance and rollercoasters. It's only right that we give viewers 'what they ordered' and catch up with this unforgettable cast.
"So far, we've had an engagement, a baby announcement and a couple re-locating – so we're desperate to find out what else this group has been up to since we last saw them, and what this unique reunion might have in store…"
