In the taxi following her firing, she added that she would become a success "obviously without [Lord Sugar].
Amy was fired in last week's episode of The Apprentice after the failure of her team's profit-focused tourist task.
Amy was on the team headed by Kathryn as Project Manager, where they took guests on a zip-lining trip, followed by some cheese tasting and a chance for guests to buy the produce they sampled.
As with previous Apprentice tasks, the teams sold tickets at prices lower than they should have and Kathryn's poor negotiations meant they spent more than they should have.

In the end, Kathryn's team made only £200 in profit compared to the other team's profit of £350.
In the boardroom, Kathryn brought Amy and Aaron back for their failure to sell the tickets at higher prices, while they turned it around on Kathryn's pricing strategy.
Amy had not been project manager during the show, and in this task very quickly stepped back from taking responsibility, which was part of Lord Sugar's reasoning for firing her.

He said, "Amy, it is with regret that you are fired."
After the episode aired, Amy told reporters that she felt her firing was "very unfair" and "unjustified," pointing out that other candidates in previous seasons had waited several weeks to step forward as PM.
The remaining candidates will return next week to design driverless vehicles, will whoever gets fired be relieved like Amy?
The Apprentice resumes next Thursday (February 17) on BBC One at 9pm. Spin-off series You're Fired airs immediately afterwards on BBC Two.
