Celebrity Juice presenter Keith Lemon and Pussycat Dolls singer and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ashley Roberts are joining forces to celebrate the legacy of Dirty Dancing with a brand new reality show.
With the working title The Real Dirty Dancing, the show will see 10 famous faces take the stage and, with help from professional partners, learn and perform routines done by the iconic late Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey.
By the end of the competition, the two finalists will take on the roles of Baby and Johnny to take a stab at that iconic lift scene. But only one celebrity can be crowned the winner of the summer 1963 Catskills Resort dance competition.

As part of the show, the celebrities – who are yet to be confirmed – will live together in a lakeside resort. Whether they will imitate the movie’s shenanigans behind closed doors is yet to be seen, but we at least expect some wild staff dance parties after dark.
"Dirty Dancing is such a good film and of course I’ve been Baby myself, twice now," Keith said in a statement.

Ashley has some dance experience herself, having taken part in Strictly when she made the finale of the 2018 series, while she's also showed off her skills as a Pussycat Doll.
She said: "I love Dirty Dancing, the film literally had a huge impact on my life, and I couldn’t be more excited to be involved in this series.
"I'm going to be on hand to help out the celebs with their Johnny and Baby moves and look forward to being reunited with Keith. Wish me luck. It’s going to be a lot of fun."
The Real Dirty Dancing is set to air in early 2022 on E4. Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One in September.
