RuPaul's Drag Race UK star Lawrence Chaney is wasting no time in capitalising on winning the second season of the BBC series.
The Glasgow-based queen has announced that she will release her debut book – the suitably-titled memoir Lawrence (Drag) Queen of Scots: The Dos and Don'ts of a Drag Superstar – later this year.
Lawrence's highly personal autobiography delves into her past growing up in Scotland as a self-described "gay class clown" and follows her journey in turning her "outer curves and inner beauty".
The 24-year-old impressed RuPaul with her lightning-quick wit and comedy timing, as well as her deep passion for embodying all things purple on the runway.
"I am absolutely buzzing for everyone to read this book! It's been so amazing to recall silly stories and funny moments I've had, as well as sharing what I've learnt in life already," she announced.
If that's not enough to sell you on Lawrence (Drag) Queen of Scots, the queen wants you to know: "I make you laugh. I make you cry. What else do you want?"
