Love Island has confirmed that the show's most eagerly anticipated challenge has been changed – and it's probably for the best.
In past seasons, the infamous Online Buzz game has seen Islanders tasked with guessing the missing names from social media posts to uncover who viewers have been writing about.
The results can be pretty scathing, frequently causing friction within the group when they suggest who they think the statement corresponds to, so ITV2 has opted to tone things down a tad by having contestants figure out the blanks in headlines instead. This time, it'll go by the name 'News Splash'.

In last year's series, both tweets and headlines were used during the challenge and one particular social media post saw viewers accuse bosses of trying to cause a stir between seemingly steady couple Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury.
The tweet claimed that Tommy and fellow Islander Lucie Donlan were "meant to be", which upset Instagram influencer Molly-Mae.
"I am the sort of person to get jealous over situations. You do spend a lot of time together. I just feel like she does try to get quite close to you," she told the boxer, who then felt forced to distance himself from Lucie after she confessed to having feelings for him.
In the preview for tonight's episode (Wednesday, February 12), it appears as if Mike Boateng locks horns with Shaughna Phillips after it emerges that he's been branded a 'snake' by the general public for his reaction to Callum Jones dumping her.
"No shut up man, it's not a game anymore," he muttered during the promo, as Shaughna suggests that some people should remember they're on a television show. "That's taking the piss."
