Richard Hammond has suffered a severe infection while filming the new season of The Grand Tour.
The presenter has revealed that he contracted the bacterial skin infection cellulitis while he and co-stars Jeremy Clarkson and James May were filming on boats for the upcoming fourth season of the Amazon Prime series.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, Hammond explained: "It bloody hurts. It's one of those on the list of c**p conditions I've had.
"I got it from climbing into the water and then I realised my legs were hurting. My feet were very red and it went through my legs."

"You could literally see it tracking up my leg," he explained more. "I'm at a disadvantage because it's a much shorter journey to my vital organs. That would have been a really c**** way to go."
