Love Island's Maura Higgins has joked that she'll dump partner Curtis Pritchard if he can't keep up with her sex drive.

Maura and Curtis finished fourth in this year's series, and they've continued to make a go of it as a couple outside of the villa – but Maura now claims that Curtis will "be gone" if he can't match her expectations in the bedroom.

"I'm not going to lie, I'm excited for being alone together and what's about to come," she told Closer Magazine. "[Curtis] better be able to keep up, or he'll be gone!"

She continued: "I'm glad people like me being open. We are all human – I don't see why women can't talk about sex, but men can?

"When women talk about sex, we get slated for it and I completely disagree with that."

"I'd give him a ten out of ten," she said. "We've had a good time. Was he worth the wait? Definitely, 100 per cent. I did try a few times in the villa, in the bedroom and on the outside bed.

"I tried but I didn't succeed. Curtis said that it was for me and him alone, and he didn't want to do anything in there. And that's absolutely fine.

"Actually I'm glad now that we waited, because it made it even more special."
