Every single Eurovision Song Contest Winner since 1956
Who will join the list next year?

Who won Eurovision? Well, we now have an answer to that question following the grand final of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest.
Taking place in Liverpool, which hosted on behalf of 2022 winners Ukraine, the Eurovision grand final aired live on Saturday, May 13 – and someone who is familiar to Eurovision viewers has become only the second person to win the title twice.
Loreen followed up her 2012 success with victory again in 2023 – and she has become the first woman to win Eurovision on more than one occasion as a result.
Now, there may be some time to go before we head to Sweden in 2024 (on the 50th anniversary of ABBA's victory, no less), but there's no time like the present to refresh your knowledge of every single winner since the contest started way back in 1956.
So, if anyone asks you which countries were part of an unprecedented four-way tie in the 1960s, or in which year Celine Dion was Eurovision champion, you'll find the answers right here...
