The action-packed promo teases a "darker" new run of the BBC One fantasy drama.
Mark Addy, Jack Donnelly, Robert Emms, Sarah Parish and Aiysha Hart all return for series two, with Vincent Regan and Amy Manson among the new cast additions.
Atlantis was co-created by Merlin's Johnny Capps and Julian Murphy and Misfits writer Howard Overman.
The second series will launch on BBC One on Saturday, November 15 at 8.30pm, with US viewers getting to see the premiere episode on BBC America just hours after the UK.
