Bobby Sabel was the first celebrity to leave the Big Brother house in last night's finale, but he certainly made his mark! Despite a quiet couple of days, Bobby ended up criticising his fellow housemates and, well, sweating into Darryn's drink. Shortly after his exit, Bobby came to chat to reporters about his time in the house, so read on to find out what he really thinks of Darryn, if he regrets sweatgate, and why he thought about walking out within the first ten minutes...

How are you feeling to be out?
"It's a big relief to be out, it's nice. It's good to be back. The last week was a real relief just knowing that everyone was leaving - I wasn't going to be missing out on anything and took the experience to the very end. That was nice."

Why do you think Big Brother put you in the house?
"I was a bit surprised as to why they put me in there but they made it very clear from the beginning that they were after some sort of love interest and whatever. I was confident just to go in there and be myself. I honestly have no idea why they put me in there, I really don't. And to this day I'm still baffled as to why they asked me."

For a while it seemed like you weren't happy at all in the house. Did you ever think about walking out?
"Yep. Within the first ten minutes I wanted to just turn round and walk back out again. I felt like a fish out of water. I didn't have anything to say to anyone, everyone was very overpowering, everyone had a lot to say for themselves. I've got my own stories and I've got my own stuff to say but no-one gave me the opportunity to say it. It wasn't like I was welcomed in and offered the opportunity to say something. Everyone just wanted to talk and keep on talking, so I let them."

Who was the toughest person to live with?
"The toughest person to live with in the beginning, for me, was Darryn - which was quite obvious, what with sweatgate. But we overcame it and I think that apologising to him and the way that he took it, it made us bond a little bit. And then we had the Take This task and I had to work with him, and we had some fun with it."

Are you friends now?
"Yeah. I'd say that if I bumped into him in a bar I'd happily buy him a drink and have a chat. There's no hard feelings and I hope there's not from his side."

How did you come to the decision that sweatgate was a good thing to do?
"Right, so listen. This is how it went. Darryn had really p*ssed me off and he caught me at breaking point. I was very fragile and he was just saying the wrong stuff and it was just winding me up the wrong way. I don't know what made the cut on the TV, but I actually went searching. I found his mouthwash and I was like, 'Right, I'm going to put something in his mouthwash'. I went looking in the kitchen, I went looking for vinegar. I thought, 'I'll put loads of salt in it - nah, that'll just settle in the bottom'. And it was a moment of madness in 21 days and I regret every minute of it. It was ridiculous. I can't even explain my thought process as to why it came about. It was just utterly absurd, out of character, and the wrong thing to do."

Tara has said Darryn could be quite a bully to her and other housemates...
"Darryn was a bully, period."

What makes you say that?
"The way that it affected me was he would slag people off behind their backs. To their faces he'd come across as kind of nice but at the same time, put in the snidey comment that you didn't really know how to react to. Having been quite the observer for the first couple of days and not saying much, I was watching him and I was just thinking, 'What are you doing, man? You're being utterly rude and you're slagging people off to their faces and they don't even realise it, or they don't know how to react to it'. It wasn't even that he was that bad to me, it was just him being bad to other people really p*ssed me off and I just reacted badly to it."

You did talk about some of the housemates behind their backs - is it a bit pot, kettle, black?
"It is pot, kettle, black. I went into the house with a few preconceptions about a few of the people. I tried hard to dig deep and find the real person and put those differences aside because we were stuck in the house, and I did. I saw through all the bulls**t, the bravados that everyone had, and I saw whether it was the young girl or the guy, going about their stuff and they do whatever they do to enjoy themselves and how they've come to where they are at this stage in their life and they've all ended up in the Big Brother house and we're all in the same position. The biggest thing for me was overcoming what I'd read about them in the press."

What did you think of Paddy?
"I loved Paddy from day one, from when I walked into the house. I sat down and he was the guy that I first had a conversation with."

Did you ever see a different side to Paddy?
"There was one moment when Paddy switched on me when we were on the sunloungers and it was because he didn't understand what I was saying. I can't even remember the topic of the conversation. He just turned round and I saw 'Paddy Doherty, world-feared man'. I was like, 'Woah, Paddy, you've got the wrong end of the stick, I'm not speaking poorly of you at all'."

Do you think you'll stay in touch?
"I hope so. If Paddy wants to stay in touch, then I would absolutely want to stay in touch with him."

How was it going into the house as one of the less well-known contestants?
"I walked into the house as Joe Public and I was like, 'I don't know half of you but I know some of you' and I had opinions on them. 'Why am I in this house? I'm a non-celebrity and they've put me in Celebrity Big Brother'. It just didn't make sense and it only added to my confusion about the whole thing in the first week."

You did start to talk to the cameras and things...
"I was at breaking point. I just didn't know where I was or what I was doing. I was in the nuthouse and it made me go mad."

How did you get through that?
"For me personally I had to really dig deep and just kind of realise, 'You're in this house, you're going to have to try and make your own entertainment and get on with this and get on with as many people as you can'."

Why do you think you didn't have a romance with Kerry or Amy?
"Obviously I had my preconceptions of Kerry so that was never going to happen, and with Amy, Lucien had taken a liking to her."

What if Lucien hadn't been there?
"I don't know!"

You did say Amy would bleed Lucien dry...
"I did say that she would bleed Lucien dry. In retrospect I would like to retract that statement. I actually came away from that and I knew that I'd said that about Amy and I went into the Diary Room and I was like, 'Look, I'm hating this, I don't know what I'm doing, I'm not getting on with anyone'. And they said, 'Well, why don't you work on your relationships with everyone?' So I came out and I took everyone one by one and tried to work on my relationship with them. I spent a couple of days talking to Amy and just chatting to her and being friendly and being fun and I saw a very sweet side to her. I saw her first thing in the morning without all the make-up on and I said, 'Amy, please don't put quite so much make-up on because you're beautiful, you don't need to do this'. She had this thing with Lucien, so that dominated."

Are you glad you went in?
"Yeah. I feel like I've taken a lot away from it and now that I'm out of the house and I've got semi-freedom back, I've reflected on it and it was actually good fun. Waking up every day and not knowing what the day is going to bring, and then every other day there was this completely random task, I really enjoyed it. It was a good experience. It taught me a lot of things. It dragged me down and pushed me back up again and I felt like Big Brother was in total control of my emotions. It was amazing. It was like nothing I'd ever experienced before."
