Kim Woodburn shouldn't have been allowed to feature on Loose Women, at least that's according to Coleen Nolan's son, Shane Nolan.

The How Clean Is You House? host was invited onto the show today (August 29) to reconcile with panellist Coleen – the two of them had a major falling out on Celebrity Big Brother last year – but things didn't go according to plan as Kim launched a verbal assault before then storming off the set.

After the outburst, Shane took to Twitter to suggest that Kim shouldn't been allowed on the show because she wasn't "in the right mental state".

He wrote: "Great television on @loosewomen , however I really don't think Kim should of been a guest. She's clearly not in the right mental state. Either that or she's a brilliant actress. #loosewomen #teamcol."

Kim claimed that she was bullied by Coleen and the other housemates during her time in the CBB house last year.

"I'll never forget what the likes of her and the others put me through," she said. "She's [Coleen] a horrible person. She's trash."

After Kim stormed off, Coleen told viewers: "We have got members of our team with Kim backstage. We didn't intend for it to actually end like that, we were hoping – actually, genuinely hoping – for some kind of reconciliation, but that wasn't going to happen."

Loose Women airs on weekdays from 12.30pm on ITV.
