Make no mistake that Eurovision's UK entrant SuRie is aiming to smash the competition in Portugal next month.
What to Read Next
The Essex-born singer-songwriter emerged as a runaway favourite in the UK at Eurovision: You Decide earlier this year, and will now have the tall task of conquering the other European nations at the world's most famous song contest.
In advance of the big night, SuRie dropped by The Graham Norton Show to perform her official entry song 'Storm' and chat a little bit about the excitement of Eurovision.
The BBC's resident snarky Eurovision commentator Graham got a bit cheeky as always, asking SuRie — whose real name is Susanna Marie Cork — which other country will be her toughest competition.
"I have tried to listen to them all and I think the biggest threat is from Australia," she admitted, adding: "It's a great tune!"
That tune is 'We Got Love' from Jessica Mauboy, a 28-year-old former runner-up on Australian Idol who scored a pair of top ten hits in Oz and collaborated with the likes of Eurovision veteran Guy Sebastian and even Snoop Dogg.
Mauboy is bound to be stiff competition, but SuRie will have the full support of the UK behind her when she takes to the stage at the Altice Arena in Lisbon on May 12.
The Graham Norton Show airs at 10.30pm on BBC One, with the fun continuing next week as well with Stephen Mangan and music from pop sensation Jess Glynne.
