Whether series 12 will explain more or leave us in the dark, we don't really care – as Craig Charles admitted to Digital Spy earlier this year that he reckons the cult show will keep on going.

Reflecting on the tricky business of picking up where they left off, he added: "Because when you go and mess with a legacy like Red Dwarf, you've got to get it right."
Praising the "energy" of the upcoming new series, Craig promised that it will be one of the best fans have seen yet. "12 is stunning. It's like saving the best till last, there," he revealed.
"We're really happy with the way it went, and it's definitely back on form."
Red Dwarf will return to Dave this autumn.
