Prior to the series launching last week, The Missing creators Harry and Jack Williams admitted to Digital Spy that they've felt pressure to reinvent the show following the success of series one.
"You slightly feel it, because it's the same thing, the same brand," Harry told us. "It's always going to be, 'Oh f**k, can everyone like it again please?'"
"We're just really happy the first series did well," added Jack. "... and if the next ones don't, it'll be a real shame.
"But I don't think anyone puts more expectation or pressure on us than we do - we're really strict about everything we do."
The Missing's mystery continues to unfold next Wednesday (October 26) at 9pm on BBC One.
