ITV has announced a new comedy series starring the Cornetto Trilogy's Nick Frost and comedian Jordan Gray.
Titled Transaction, the County Durham-set series stars Gray as Liv, described as a trans egomaniac who causes havoc during her night shift at a supermarket.
The offical synopsis continues: "Having been hired to work there by Pellocks boss Simon (Frost) after he inadvertently offended the LGBTQ+ community with an ill-conceived marketing campaign, Liv soon realises she’s unsackable and sets about turning the store into her own personal playground, unleashing chaos on everyone and everything around her."

Other cast members include Good Omens star Doon Mackichan, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder's Thomas Gray and The Witcher's Francesca Mills. Filming is now under way in Hartlepool.
Jordan Gray, who also created the series, said in a statement: "My one true goal with this show is to create something as timeless as my implants."

Gray rose to prominence after appearing on the fifth series of The Voice UK in 2016, making her the show's first transgender contestant. She reached the semi-finals before being eliminated.
Following her time on The Voice, Gray ventured into comedy, and has since appeared on various comedy shows such as The Russell Howard Hour, Joe Lycett's Got Your Back, Friday Night Live and Late Night Lycett.
Transaction does not yet have a release date.
