Loose Women panellist Linda Robson has admitted to being jealous of her Birds of a Feather co-star Pauline Quirke.
Robson and Quirke played sisters Tracey Stubbs and Sharon Theodopolopodous on the ITV sitcom between 1989 and 1998. The show was revived between 2014 and 2020, but Quirke didn't appear in the 2020 Christmas special.
Robson addressed the rumours of a feud between the pair during a recent episode of her talk show, saying she was initially jealous of Quirke's success.

"I was jealous of my friend Pauline," Robson said. "I'm really pleased for her, don't get me wrong, but what about me?"
"Why can't I get a new drama!" she added, pretending to cry.
This isn't the first time Robson has weighed in on the feud rumours surrounding the show. In 2021, the actress seemingly put all speculation to rest when she revealed why Quirke didn't return to Birds of a Feather.

"Take no notice of what you've heard about me and Pauline falling out. It's a load of old codswallop," Robson told The Sun in May 2021.
Despite the speculation, there was a different reason why Quirke chose not to appear for the 2020 Christmas special. The Sharon Theodopolopodous actress has a network of performing arts academies across the UK and decided to focus on these moving forward, and ultimately did not reprise the role as a result.
"Pauline just chose not to do Birds of a Feather. She wants to concentrate on her acting academy, that's that," Robson added at the time.
