A first look at The Crown star Erin Doherty's new BBC psychological thriller Chloe has been released in a trailer.
The BBC One series, which is due to premiere next month, sees the Princess Anne actress portray Becky, a woman who has been following the titular character's seemingly perfect life on social media.
However, when Chloe dies, Becky infiltrates her friends, notably after she receives several missed calls from the late character.

The trailer for the series certainly teases a tense ride, as Becky appears to get in too deep, declaring: "I've dug myself into a bit of a hole, and now I need to get out of it."
The synopsis reads: "Chloe's charmed life, adoring husband and circle of high-achieving friends are always just a click away.
"Becky can't resist watching a life that contrasts so starkly with her own; a life spent caring for her mother, who has early-onset dementia, in their small seaside flat on the outskirts of Bristol.

"When Chloe dies suddenly, Becky assumes a new identity and infiltrates the enviable lives of Chloe's closest friends to find out what happened to her."
Chloe has been created by Sex Education's Alice Seabright, and will consist of six one-hour episodes.
The series was first teased late last year, and is also set to star the likes of Leonardo's Poppy Gilbert and Gangs of London's Pippa Bennett-Warner.
Chloe will premiere on February 6 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in the UK, and will be available on Prime Video in the US and beyond. The Crown season 5 will premiere in November 2022, while seasons 1-4 are now streaming on Netflix. Seasons 1-3 are also available on DVD and Blu-ray.
