I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Shane Richie has only been out of the castle for one day after being voted off the reality show during last night's (December 3) semi-final, but the actor has already lined up his next role.
Richie, who is also well-known for his role as Alfie Moon in EastEnders, will return to West End stage show Everybody's Talking About Jamie in January 2021, reprising his role as Hugo / Loco Chanelle.
Richie previously played the role in the West End in 2019 and on the UK tour earlier in 2020. He'll be back in the show in London from January 5, 2021.
"I can't wait to swap my castle walking boots for a pair of high heels and return to Everybody's Talking About Jamie as Hugo / Loco Chanelle in January," the actor said.

The award-winning musical tells the story of 16-year-old Jamie New, a teenager living on a council estate in Sheffield who feels like he doesn't fit in – but is confident that he's got what it takes to be a star.
Supported by his loving mum and close friends, Jamie sets out to overcome prejudice, beat the bullies and step out of the darkness and into the spotlight.
The show features songs by Dan Gillespie Sells of The Feeling and lyrics by writer Tom MacRae, with Jonathan Butterell directing.
The musical has also been made into a movie due for release in February 2021. It stars Max Harwood, Sarah Lancashire, Lauren Patel, Shobna Gulati, Sharon Horgan and Richard E Grant.
