Our Girl will not be back for series 5, following Michelle Keegan's departure.
RadioTimes reports that the decision was a creative one, with creator Tony Grounds saying it was "the right time" for the BBC military drama to come to an end.
"With the finale of series four showing Georgie ready to move on with her life, it feels like the right time for us to do the same," Grounds said.

"Michelle and I are keen to continue our working relationship, and who knows, maybe we'll catch up with Georgie in the future.
"I wanted to say a big thank you to the fans of the show. It's been a joy to write."

Keegan left the show at the end of last series, as her character Sergeant Georgie Lane prepared to move back to Stockport. Georgie came face to face with the man who was responsible for Elvis' death, and she eventually spared him despite his pleas to be killed.
In May, Keegan didn't rule out potentially reprising her role in the future.
"It might not be done and dusted," she said at the time. "I have said it's going to be the last for now, but the door has been left open for Georgie. And obviously now that it's been on screen I can officially say, you know, obviously Georgie's not dead.
"The door is open for her, so who knows in the future?
"I absolutely love that show and I'm very proud of it. I'm proud to be a part of it and I love playing Georgie, so, you know, next year, a few years, you never know."
