Samsung's Galaxy Note 4 is to go on sale in the UK on October 10.
The handset, which features a huge 5.7-inch QHD screen, is the most powerful Android phone Samsung has made.
iPhone 6 'could outsell Galaxy Note 4 by almost three to one'
Digital Spy had hands-on time with the device in Berlin at the IFA technology show recently and was suitably impressed.
The phone will be up for pre-order tomorrow (September 19). Samsung has opted to make the device available for pre-order the same day that Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus go on sale, the latter of which has a bigger screen than the Note 4.
For those interested in a Note 4, you can pre-order it from Samsung Experience Stores across the UK. Otherwise, you will need to wait until September 26 to pick up the handset through regular retailers.
The likely reason for the fairly big gap in pre-order timings is to let the initial surge of iPhone sales die down. Apple has managed more than 4 million pre-orders of its new devices since since they were announced.
