[Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back]

Available from September 6, this year's PSLs will be made with a dairy-free sauce, meaning they are vegan-friendly for the first time ever. But before you panic, the usual combination of Starbucks Espresso Roast, pumpkin pie flavoured sauce and steamed milk, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices – cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves – hasn't changed.

[The Maple Latte]

As for the new additions, fans of sweeter beverages will want to try the maple coffee range (prices start from £3.15). There's a Maple Latte, made with espresso, a smoky maple flavour and milk, plus a Maple Rooibos Tea Latte, which is finished with a sprinkle of maple sugar and is naturally caffeine-free. For a limited-time only, fans of the brand's Nitro range can also order the Maple Cold Foam, which is infused with nitrogen for an extra sweet, velvety flavour.

[The Cordusio]

There's more. To celebrate the launch of Starbucks' Reserve Roastery – a swanky new store that has just opened in Milan – the new Cordusio (from £2.70) celebrates Italian espresso and is named after the square in which the Roastery is located. It's made with a double shot of espresso, mixed with mocha, milk and a dusting of cocoa. Bring on autumn's cool, crisp days.
