Mince pies are one of our favourite Christmas treats, but sadly we feel that eating them for breakfast might be seen as a step too far.

Luckily, artisan bakery Paul has invented a clever way round this, with the creation of the Croissant Nicholas, a mince pie / croissant hybrid which sounds, quite frankly, delicious.

The all-butter croissant is laced with rich, sweet mincemeat and dusted with icing sugar.

All together now… mmm.
