Can you believe it's been a whole year since 48% of the British population tried fruitlessly to prevent our country from leaving the European Union, and woke up the following day in tears? Ah, good times.

A lot's happened in the year since the referendum: Theresa May is back in power (just) after an election which didn't exactly go to plan, although the US is constantly reassuring us we're not the only ones making controversial right-wing decisions.

But today, on June 23 2017, 365 days since Britain decided to leave the EU, and despite the fact our actual exit plan is about as organised as most millennials' lives (chaos, complete and utter chaos), the people of Twitter who voted to remain are casting their woes aside and posting some brilliant tweets.
