Your Xbox gift card code can be redeemed on your PC or Xbox console. We've rounded up three different methods below:
In a web browser (computer or mobile)
Log into your Microsoft account at https://redeem.microsoft.com/. You should then be presented with a page asking you to input your code.
On an Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One
Hit the Xbox button on your controller while logged in, then choose Store. Press the View button on your controller when the Store loads. From this side menu, select Redeem.
When the 'Redeem a code' page loads, you should be able to enter your gift card code.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3-month membership
In the Xbox app on Windows PC
In the Xbox app, click on your profile picture (assuming you are logged in). Select Settings, and then – under the "Redeem a code" section – Redeem.
A page should load in your web browser. After logging into your Microsoft account, you should be prompted to enter your gift card code.
