Susan tries to keep the peace, wanting everyone to focus on finding a way out, but it's starting to look like there's no hope.
Meanwhile, Mark and Karl track Susan's phone and find its location far beyond Maryborough, where Bea and Patrick were meant to be eloping. Karl starts to fear that Elly may now be on the run, with Susan heading after her.
Elsewhere, a groggy Xanthe regains consciousness – but in her confusion, she identifies Elly as the one responsible for the hit and run.
