Next week on Neighbours, Number 24 becomes a hot talking point as Chloe decides to sell up, and there are some familiar faces interested in buying it.
Meanwhile, Amy tells Toadie how she feels about him.

1. Izzy has a request for Karl
Izzy Hoyland has returned to Erinsborough in fine form. Now in a relationship with Malcolm Kennedy, Izzy is loving how much it is getting to Susan, and she riles her up even more when she has a request for Karl that puts him in a tight spot.
Izzy tells Karl that Mal really wants to move back to the area and that if Karl is able to convince Susan to give them her support, she will make sure that Holly makes the move with them. But when Susan finds out, she is adamant that they will not play her game.

2. Is love in the air for Nicolette and Kiri?
After a long time of it seeming like Nicolette and Kiri were never going to get it together, the two finally take some positive steps to make it work next week. Nic has decided to keep playing it cool, oblivious to how much Kiri wants to take things further.
Kiri suggests they head off to River Bend for a bit of a breather, and the two finally have an open and honest conversation. But while it looks like they are set for happiness, another obstacle is on the way.
3. Jane has bad news for Clive
Clive remains in the doghouse with Jane and her kids, and when he heads to number 32 to talk, he only makes things worse when he clashes with Byron.
Jane orders him to leave, and Clive then realises how much work he will have to do if he has a chance of making things right. But he may not get the chance as Jane later has a chat with him and tells him that it is best that they go their separate ways. Is this the end of the road for Clive and Jane?
4. Paul is left reeling after Shane makes a bold move
Paul is feeling good about the partnership offer with Shane Ramsay, but he has no idea that Shane has been doing some digging – and he gets a lot of interesting information out of Tim Collins.
Paul suggests that he and Shane have a blackjack game for old times' sake, but the game is not what Paul was hoping for and Shane reveals what he has learned. Now he doesn't want to be partners, he wants to buy Paul out of Lassiters completely.
5. Chloe reveals she is leaving Erinsborough
The residents of number 24 were shocked when they saw a for sale sign had been put up – and a returning Chloe confirms that she is indeed selling up. And the person who is selling the house is Paige Smith, who also heads back to town to oversee the sale.
The girls are saddened that Chloe is leaving and that they will need to find somewhere new to live, but Chloe's plans to move to Adelaide are about to be disrupted when an old face arrives.
6. Terese considers buying River Bend
Terese finds herself at a crossroads next week when Glen puts the idea in her head that she should buy River Bend. The pair, along with Kiri, take a trip out there and Terese admits that she does think the place has the potential to be her new home.
But Kiri soon learns that someone else is about to make an offer, so Terese needs to come to a decision quickly. Is Terese about to be the latest Ramsay Street resident to decide to say goodbye?
7. Paul makes a huge decision
Paul is stunned by Shane's decision to buy him out of Lassiters completely, and he senses that the writing may be on the wall when Shane has a meeting with Lucy.
Leo decides to organise a surprise group video call to cheer Paul up, and it leads to him thinking that his future may lie in New York, not Erinsborough. Is Paul seriously considering saying goodbye to the area for good, and how will Terese react if he does go?
8. Amy reveals all to Toadie
Amy's awkwardness and unease around Toadie and Melanie gets to the point where she can no longer hide it next week – and she spills the beans to the man himself about her feelings for him.
Toadie is stunned at the declaration and assures Melanie that he had no idea Amy was feeling that way and is confused by where it has come from. The pair decide that they need to talk to Amy, but they soon learn that she has made a drastic decision.
9. Susan is horrified by Mal and Izzy's plans
Next week starts with things very tense between Susan and Izzy, and they do not get any better as the week goes on. Already furious that Izzy would use Holly to try and get her own way with Karl, Susan is adamant that she does not want her back in Erinsborough where she can cause even more trouble.
Susan's fury only worsens when she learns that not only are Izzy and Mal planning to move to Erinsborough, but they could end up far closer to the Kennedy house than she had ever imagined.
10. Chloe gets a surprise visitor
Chloe has been acting a little strange since she returned from Adelaide, and everyone suspects that there is more to her plan to move away than she is letting on.
Sure enough, there is something else afoot, and it looks to have something to do with someone who makes a surprise appearance on Chloe's doorstep.
As the pair chat, the returning face has a request for Chloe that leaves her blindsided and could change her plans – what will Chloe do?
11. Work begins on the Ramsay Street history book
Even though she has no idea she did it, Wendy is responsible for destroying the iconic Ramsay Street history book – and now a team has been assembled to make a new one.
Freya and Levi take on the task of refilling the book, and that means putting the feelers out to dozens of former Erinsborough residents to send in their memories of their time on the street. But will their new version of the famous book do the original justice?
