Neighbours spoilers follow from Wednesday's UK episode (May 4), which some Australian viewers may prefer to avoid.

Neighbours has revisited the romantic chemistry between Terese Willis and Glen Donnelly.

Terese turned to Glen for comfort in Wednesday's episode in the fallout from Paul Robinson's vengeful masterplan.

Paul has spent weeks plotting against Terese, deliberately giving his estranged wife free rein over the Lassiters Fashion Week as he knew that it would end in disaster.

Neighbours' latest episode saw the Lassiters team continue to pick up the pieces after fashion guru Montana Marcel was arrested in the middle of the event.

Lucy Robinson flew in from the US in a bid to contain the crisis, with Melissa Bell reprising her role as Paul's no-nonsense sister.

Terese attempted to make Lucy aware that Paul had deliberately sabotaged Fashion Week. Unfortunately, Lucy refused to listen as Terese didn't have any proof to back up her accusations.

Lucy decided that Lassiters needed a clean break following its latest scandal, so she fired Terese as general manager.

Although Terese will remain an important shareholder in the business, her days in charge are now over.

Back at the Willis house, Glen tried to boost Terese's confidence as she kicked herself for not guessing what Paul was up to.

Glen said: "You're a loving, intelligent, beautiful woman. And Paul's so bitter and destructive because he knows what he lost."

As Terese became emotional, she replied: "It's just, I'd forgotten what it was like to hear nice things from a man who's not trying to manipulate me."
