Neighbours spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Neighbours will hint at more heartbreak for Toadie Rebecchi, as he goes on a date with Rose Walker.
The scenes, which will air next week, follow Toadie's (Ryan Moloney) decision to tip Rose (Lucy Durack) off about her estranged husband James Solomon's (Bert LaBonté) hidden business assets in a move that could have ramifications for his career.

Rose expresses gratitude for Toadie's assistance, as it will help her to get a better and fairer divorce settlement. As a thank you, she says she will cook him dinner.
Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) suggests to Toadie that this might be a date. Although Toadie doesn't think so, he struggles to get the possibility out of his head.
This leads to the dinner at Toadie's place being a little awkward. Toadie eventually shares that he wasn't sure if the dinner was meant to be a date, to which Rose responds by saying that she would be open to something more romantic.
Toadie and Rose have a date the next night at The Waterhole, but they are interrupted by James.

James is unhappy, and believes Toadie is the reason that Rose suddenly knows about his hidden assets. He then threatens to sue Toadie.
Things take a surprising turn the next day when James approaches Toadie with a proposal – James won't go ahead with suing him, but only if Toadie helps James to win Rose back. Toadie is conflicted.
Mackenzie Hargreaves (Georgie Stone) is suspicious of James, but then finds out that he does still love Rose.
Toadie discovers that it's the same with Rose – she still has genuine feelings for James – potentially ruining any chance of a romance between Toadie and Rose.
