After sharing a kiss, Dee and Toadie are both elated. However, Toadie is confronted when Kyle comes to him for advice and brings up Sonya.
Toadie realises it's time Dee and he had 'the talk' – and when Dee floats the idea of staying in Erinsborough more permanently, Toadie must work out if he really is ready to move on. At the same time, Dipi is being strangely quiet about the new love birds.
Meanwhile, Terese entrusts Ned with the task of planning the relaunch of the Lassiters rooftop pool. Ned is thrown a curve ball when Paul and Pierce come to him with very different ideas for the theme of the event. He needs to take initiative and work out how to juggle the needs of multiple bosses. Will he rise to the occasion?
Elsewhere, Roxy is concerned by Sheila's obsession with Gary the pigeon. It's clearly a problem and she goes to Kyle with her worries. She's stung to learn that Kyle's taking the advice of his most recent fling and letting Sheila grieve in her own way. But Roxy can't hold her tongue, upsetting Sheila. Kyle lashes out at Roxy for making his gran feel judged. Will these two ever see eye to eye again?
