Neighbours spoilers follow for UK-pace episodes on Channel 5.
Neighbours' Elly Conway will make a huge decision over her court case.
Elly (Jodi Anasta) is currently accused of killing Finn Kelly – although the villain's death was entirely accidental.
In scenes airing next week, Elly worries about her future being in the hands of the jury. But Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney) presents another option on the table.

Toadie tells Elly that the prosecution has offered to reduce the charge from murder to voluuntary manslaughter, the condition being that Elly has to plead guilty.

Elly seriously considers the deal and ends up taking it.
Her decision to plead guilty to a crime she didn't commit proves divisive among her friends, but what does that mean for her future now?
Star Jodi Anasta announced earlier this year that she would be leaving the Ramsay Street soap after nearly four years, explaining at the time that she plans to return to Sydney.
"I felt it was the right time to move on, open myself up to other opportunities, and also move back to Sydney where I can spend more time with my beautiful daughter," she said.
"I've been fortunate that the writers have had time to navigate a brilliant exit storyline which I'll be filming over the coming months – can't say too much, but I think fans will love it. I couldn't ask for a better way to sign off from Ramsay Street."
Jodi recently discussed with Digital Spy over whether or not she would consider a return to Home and Away and reprise her Summer Bay character Martha Mackenzie.
Neighbours airs these scenes on Wednesday, April 29 and Friday, May 1 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
