Elly's 35th birthday celebrations are kicking off, but she's dispirited. She still hasn't heard from Bea and has discovered that she hasn't turned up in Sydney.
Elly worries Bea might have clocked the feelings between herself and Finn, and is determined to get to Sydney to explain things to her sister. Finn offers to accompany her, eager to escape. Will he get off the island with everything he wants?
Meanwhile, Harlow has run off after her awkward encounter with Hendrix, wanting space, but quickly becomes lost in the bush. She's thrown when she stumbles across Bea, but will she be able to help her?
Elsewhere, Kyle and Roxy are thrown to learn that everyone thinks they're attracted to one another. They're annoyed, but can't deny the spark between them. What happens on the island, stays on the island, so Kyle and Roxy give in to their lust just as Gary arrives. He's called off his wedding to Prue and has come to make amends with Kyle. Kyle is glad to see his dad, while Gary ignores calls from Prue.
Also today, as a huge gale approaches the island, the two girls in the mine fear for their lives, and Gary begins to get a strange vibe off Finn. Prue drives towards the island hoping to persuade Gary to come away with her to fix things, with a dangerous honeymoon box in the passenger seat.
