Harlow is deeply upset that Prue hasn't responded to her emails. Feeling for her, Terese turns to Gary, hoping he might know a better way to reach Prue. He doesn't and Harlow reassures him – she's resigned to the fact that her mum doesn't want to speak to her.
Feeling for her, Gary tries to show Harlow that even though Prue left, she does love Harlow. Will this be enough to cheer her out of her funk?
Meanwhile, Hendrix refuses to talk to Pierce or Lisa and vents his anger to the Kennedys. Karl and Susan do their best to convince Hendrix not to let this ruin his future with Pierce.
Later, Harlow also gives Hendrix some tough love – at least his parents are around. Eventually, Hendrix poses a ceasefire with his father, and wants to move forward as a family unit. But things aren't resolved with every member of his family.
