Sheila can't help pointing out to Dipi that Shane and Roxy have gotten very chummy lately. Dipi begins to be concerned that Roxy is leading Shane astray.
Meanwhile, after being sprung working together, Chloe and Terese fight to save Chloe's job. But Chloe's not the only one doubting her abilities. Pierce takes stock of why he has fought to keep her as hotel manager. He admits that it's an uncomfortable truth, but it's because she is his wife. Chloe overhears – what does this spell for the happy newlyweds?
Elsewhere, Kyle has been rocked with one blow after the other, and is wallowing in post-break-up pity. Toadie tries to buoy him, offering Kyle a grand gesture of heading up the Buddy Club's mentor programs. But with his confidence shattered, Kyle can't see himself as a mentor for anyone. Also today, with Yashvi leaving for Sydney, she and Ned spend the rest of their couple time creatively – planning a mandala design to chalk out in the driveway of No. 30. But it becomes apparent to an observing Dipi that Shane's plan to wait for Yashvi to out grow Ned, isn't working.
