Recently fired, Elly doesn't know what to do for work. She has lost her maternity leave and won't get another teaching job at a school. Keen to assuage his guilt, Finn offers financial and emotional support, suggesting Elly should focus on getting her bedroom ready for the baby.
Elly is grateful for Finn's encouragement and help. These two are definitely reconnecting, but where will it lead?
Meanwhile, after lashing out his frustrations in the previous night's fight, Ned finally has a dreamless sleep. However, Bea and Yashvi are concerned when he turns up late to his first shift back at work the next day.
When Ned reacts to Dipi dropping a knife at the cafe – his PTSD flaring – Yashvi is forced to confront her ex. Defensive, Ned fobs her off. Yashvi is left unaware he is turning to a dangerous pastime – with anyone be able to stop Ned unravelling?
Elsewhere, when Prue laments that Gary has been avoiding her since their date, Harlow feels guilty for warning Gary away. She apologises to Gary and asks that he gives Prue another chance.
Gary takes her advice and asks a thrilled Prue out on another date, but her joy is short-lived when she gets a call from The Order, demanding her membership payment. When Prue sees the open register at the Tram, she's tempted by the cash – what will Prue do?
