When Libby asks Dan for $50 to pay for Ben's shoes, Dan realises that Lucas has stolen a sum of money from his wallet and confronts his brother. Lucas apologises for his actions and Dan adds that Libby knows about the missing money. Later, Libby tells Dan that she's looked at the transactions on their bank account and there is money missing. When she demands to change banks, Dan is forced to come clean and admit that the money was given to Lucas.

At Charlie's Bar, a furious Libby confronts Lucas and tells him she knows about the money. When Lucas tries to deny he stole the $200 from Dan's wallet, Libby brandishes him a liar, prompting Lucas to fire back that she is a hypocrite and reveals to Dan that Libby was prepared to lie under oath to protect Steph.

Donna has decided to locate her biological father and recruits Sunny's help in recording a new video entry for her blog. However, when Zeke learns what she's done, he launches into a lecture and warns Donna of the dangers of posting such private and personal information online.

Later at Harold's Store, the teens are discussing the upcoming debutante ball when Zeke notices Donna has received a message on her laptop from a man claiming to be her father. Using the pretext that he is loading a program onto Donna's laptop, Zeke reads the email before swiftly deleting it. Just why is Zeke so determined to stop Donna from finding her father?

Meanwhile, Declan makes peace with Steph and apologises for putting her through hell in regards to the lawsuit. Later, Declan invites the other teens to the park where they plant a tree in memory of Bridget.
