Melissa George has tried to distance herself from Home and Away in the past, but this week she shared a throwback picture of her time on the Australian soap.
The Instagram image showed her character Angel Parrish with love interest Shane (Dieter Brummer) from the episode in which Shane died of blood poisoning.
"I remember that my love for acting really came from shooting the finale scene of Shane on #homeandaway," she wrote. "Powerful and intense. Always brings tears till this day."
Brummer has said in the past that he didn't enjoy working with George.
"We may have been love interests on the show, but the chemistry was far from real!" he stated.
Brummer's comments came after George slammed an Australian TV show in 2012 for focusing so much on her Home and Away past.

Prison Break star Dominic Purcell was less than impressed, calling George's remarks "uncalled for and immature".
