Bree organises a social worker appointment for Andrew, who continues to struggle to adapt to his new life in the Bay. Andrew shows signs of progress when he agrees to a walk on the beach with Theo and Justin, and he's clearly thrilled as the ocean water splashes around his ankles.
When it comes time to see the social worker, however, Andrew panics. His reluctance to leave the house causes Justin to snap at him and Leah to fear that she can't cope.
Meanwhile, Rose reels from Mali's rejection of her. She takes solace in Xander's company and his cocktails as she props up the bar at Salt. Xander recruits Bree for moral support and she provides a shoulder to cry on before helping her friend home.
