An overzealous Xander bolsters his support role with Millie, visiting her at the hospital again. Jasmine wonders if Millie should be speaking to a grief counsellor or her family instead. She fears his commitment to Millie is going overboard.
Logan admits to Jasmine that his recent short temper was due to the news from Cash – he may have been speeding and caused the accident. A kind Jasmine offers that speeding or not, it was still an accident.
On shift at work, Logan takes a moment to check in with Millie, but his curiosity is personal too. He wants to know whether she can remember anything about the accident. Becoming distressed at her own memory's failure, Millie descends into tears. Xander walks in on this, firmly commanding Logan to leave her alone. A protective Xander pulls Millie into a nurturing hug.

Xander accuses Logan of unprofessionalism, and Logan returns fire. Back pedalling, Logan tells Xander to pass on his apologies to Millie for stepping out of line. When Xander presses Jasmine for details on Logan, she confesses that Logan is being investigated for causing the accident. Determined to make things right, Xander goes to speak to Millie at the hospital, only to find her room empty. Millie has gone.
Meanwhile, Theo apologises for taking Justin's guitar without asking. Theo explains that Dimitri once smashed his guitar with an axe and burned it in the backyard to stop him playing. Leah and Justin are horrified, but so glad to see Theo has moved on from his past.
In a move to nurture Theo's musical passions, Justin restrings an old guitar of his for Theo to have. Leah arrives home to a musical duet by Theo and Justin. Leah is overwhelmed with pride hearing Theo sing and play.
