Despite the difficult waters to navigate between Mac and Tane, the first stay over at the Paratas' house ends better than expected when Tane makes a full breakfast for Ari and Mac the next morning. When Tane arrives at work, he hurries to get the van of goods moved before Ziggy arrives and must make a cover story when she gets in and quizzes him about the mystery van.
While Tane scrambles to get the van moved, his mood descends. The plan to move the van falls through and Tane is left to try and work out an alternative pick-up. But not before Ziggy arrives back at the garage and discovers exactly what Tane is up to.
Meanwhile, once again, Christian arrives at the Morgan household to find Tori with a towel on and baby food spilled down her front, but this time he has some important news for Justin. When Doctor Green explains he needs more surgery or a round of radiotherapy, it's not the news Justin wanted.
Tori and Leah do everything they can to help support Justin through all his decisions and he's taking the options better than expected. While at the Morgan house, Christian also invites Tori for dinner at Salt, which begins terribly.
