Home and Away: Colby and Taylor make a big decision

Bella is returning home when Angelo stops her, pointing out that Colby never came home last night. She heads upstairs to find Colby, who is on the phone to Taylor. Taylor admits accidentally slipping up to Angelo. Bella wonders if Angelo knows about Colby and Taylor, but Colby insists he doesn't, and that Angelo is simply trying to crack the case by intimidating them.

In a mood, Bella goes into the gym to confront Taylor, who rushes off to speak to Colby. Bella chases her outside, where she accuses Taylor of not caring what would happen to Colby if Angelo caught them together. At the motel, Taylor relays to Colby what happened with both Angelo and Bella. They agree that Colby will talk to Bella, and Taylor will try to get Angelo off the scent. After both failing in their attempts, they meet up and mutually agree to end the affair before it causes any more harm.

Meanwhile, working at the bait shop, Nikau sees Angelo confront Bella, but when he approaches her to see if she's okay, she brushes him off and leaves. Later, Nikau checks in with Bella again and this time she opens up about her fears for Colby. But just as Nikau suggests they go for a walk to talk about their relationship, Colby interrupts.

That night, Nikau goes to the apartment to reach out to Bella, but she remains stressed about Colby and rejects his concern without thinking. The next day, Bella suggests they get a coffee, but increasingly frustrated with her lack of awareness, Nikau rebuffs her. Their struggling relationship is now at its lowest ebb.

Elsewhere, Ari and Mackenzie are in a good place after making-up last week. They have been staying at Mackenzie's to avoid any lingering awkwardness with Tane. Later, Ari goes home to find Tane in a mood and his attempts to cheer him up are rebuffed.

The next day, Ari returns home and tries again with Tane – just as Nikau arrives and begins complaining again about Bella. Tane grows frustrated by how his brothers are dumping their problems onto him and snaps, leaving both Ari and Nikau shocked by his outburst.
