Amber aggressively presses Dean and Willow for the truth. Dean warns Amber to back off, before admitting to Willow that he has revealed every detail of the murder and his involvement to Ziggy.
When Willow goes to comfort Ziggy she divulges that she too, had been aware of the murder this entire time, further isolating Ziggy. Dean is shattered, feeling as though Ziggy will never forgive him. Willow pleads with Dean to give Ziggy space in hopes of the two of them being able to one day move past this.
Dean ignores Willow's advice and delivers Ziggy a rousing speech. Ziggy remains steadfast as she argues that Dean isn't the guy she once loved. Her heart is broken. Dean and Ziggy are over. Dean is in a world of pain and kisses Amber.

Meanwhile, Justin's surgery is under way. Tori and Leah wait with bated breath for updates from inside the operating theatre. Dr Christian identifies Justin's tumour and is shocked at the severity of the growth. Christian consults Tori mid-way through the surgery as the tumour is attached to Justin's spinal cord and poses a risk of possible paralysis.
With the surgery no longer being clear cut, Tori must decide if Christian continues the surgery to remove the tumour risking complication, or stop now and hope that he has removed enough for Justin to return to a normal life as is. Tori opts for Christian to stop the surgery.
