Mac must drop the news about moving in with Ari to her brother. Dean is not pleased, because this only means trouble with her unresolved issues with Tane. Nikau's not impressed with the new housemate.
Ari sets the scene for a relaxing bath for Mac. He's not sure how she will react, but when she sees how much trouble he has gone to, she loves it. All is well until Tane accidentally walks in on Mac in the bath. Mac tries to get Tane to open up, but he doesn't want to tell her the true feelings he has for her.
Meanwhile, with Ava's arrival looming, Justin has to decide whether he will tell her about his diagnosis. He doesn't want her coming to the Bay – he's not ready to tell her.
Elsewhere, Dean and Ziggy finally meet up for dinner. When Ziggy knows Dean wants more, she puts a stop to it. At the risk of losing the love of his life, he goes to Ziggy and confesses his love to her. He wants both Ziggy and the relationship with Jai, but they don't know how this is going to work.
