At the hospital, Sienna and Maxine recoil in horror as they're faced with newcomer Jeremy, who looks exactly like Patrick Blake. Jeremy explains that he's Patrick's twin brother. Sienna urges a torn Dilly not to have contact with him.
Later, Dilly and Jeremy bond and she offers him a place to stay at Sienna's flat.
