Cindy riles Dave by bringing up the search for Lizzie's baby, sending him toward Hannah. It's awkward at the pub when, in front of Cindy and Diane, Suzanne reveals she saw Hannah snogging a married man.
Hannah continues her pretence with Dave that she has feelings for him and he falls for her stories.
Meanwhile, Cleo avoids Abe to prepare for a promotion at work. Abe is put off when Sally suggests John Paul should help her instead. Bruised Marie asks Arlo to apologise for being violent to her but he rejects it, calling her a liar.
Cleo spots Marie's bruise and when she says her son did it, Cleo assumes it was caused by Abe. The mistake is not lost on Marie.
Elsewhere, Ste and Warren plan their next beer smuggling job. Warren tells his new right-hand man Ste that they have a potential new business interest with a man named Rex.
Also today, at school Leah tries to make amends with Freya and Vicky, after admitting she had been trolling Freya over her dad Carter. However, it seems their friendship is done.
