DeMarcus doesn't want his dad to give up on the Youth Centre after the hard work he's put in. Mercedes surprises them by sorting out the place, which was left trashed, and manages to convince Felix to continue with the opening.
Just as the new community centre is opened, DeMarcus comes in to give his dad the good news that someone must have had a guilty conscience as he found the stolen game consoles left outside.

Felix gives a touching speech thanking Mercedes for her support. Things go successfully but the arrival of Taz has DeMarcus worried. When Felix spots him, he intervenes and manages to get the dealer and his friend to leave the place, but not before they swipe his keys on the side.
DeMarcus addresses his dad on how he handled things with Taz, saying he doesn't agree with making threats. However, Felix admits he has concerns of his own over how his son doesn't defend himself.
Things take a worrying turn for DeMarcus and Vicky when outside they're surrounded by the local dealer and his mates. A fight breaks out between DeMarcus and Taz.
Meanwhile, when Darren bumps into Scott at The Love Boat, he's left concerned after he learns vandals stole game consoles from the Youth Centre. After confronting Charlie, he admits he was cornered into robbing the place in order to wipe out his debt with his dealer.
When Darren receives a call from Nancy, he tells the troubled teen to keep this from her.
Elsewhere, Dave bumps into an emotional Cindy in the village and invites her to a family meal, unbeknown to Lizzie and Mason who aren't best pleased with the addition.
By the time Sam arrives, Cindy and Dave are deep into wine drinking and the struggling market owner is close to revealing the heist plan she had with Grace and Zara. Luckily, The Loft owner walks into The Dog just in time to drag her drunk friend away before she says too much.
Once returning Cindy to the flat, Grace tells her and Zara that she has faced bigger barriers and is not giving up on the bank robbery, but the women must keep their mouths shut and leave the rest to the local club owner.
Also today, Misbah and Zain are making Dillon feel at home by pranking him before heading off to the Youth Centre. The newcomer is shocked when he arrives home to his mum waiting for him and she instantly remarks on his appearance.
