However, Mei Lian is sympathetic to Dave as she has a secret of her own. She admits that she's lost of all of her family's life savings after attempting to buy a complex, only to discover it was a scam.

Also today, the test results are in to see if Joel is a match for Warren's liver transplant. Norma tells Grace and Warren she has an important counterfeit money deal tomorrow and she wants Grace to manage as Warren is in no fit state, but it's clear Warren plans on getting involved.
